Kuwait prime minister offers resignation: Arabiya TV

DUBAI (Reuters) - Kuwait's Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak al-Sabah offered the resignation of his government on Monday, pan-Arab satellite channel Al Arabiya TV reported.
